Featuring a patio or terrace overlooking the garden, this air-conditioned apartment offers a living area with sofa bed, satellite flat-screen TV and kitchenette. The 2 bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Final cleaning is included. The sheets and towels are changed every 3/4 days. THE RATE INCLUDE: • One change of bed and bath linen for a minimum stay of 5 nights. • One cleaning service for a minimum stay of 8 nights and with exclusion of the kitchenette. • Final cleaning upon departure. • Electricity, water, air conditioning, WI-FI, swimming-pool towels, shuttle service at set times to the local beach (Nora Beach). • Access to the car park (unattended), the swimming-pool, the putting green, the playground and the table tennis area. • E-Mobility facilities: e - charging station with 2 connections for 4 and 2 wheel vehicles | e - charging station with 4 connections for e-bikes. The station is located in a fenced and sheltered area of the parking lot, equipped with CCTV. THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: daily cleaning service. ON REQUEST AND TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION: • Supplementary change of bed and bath linen € 18.00 per person. • Supplementary cleaning service: kitchenette € 40.00; one bedroom apartment; € 50.00; two bedroom apartment 50m2; € 60.00; two bedroom apartment 60 m2 € 65.00. • Pets € 37.00 per day (small and medium size only) ON REQUEST. Booking for pets have to be confirmed by the hotel, the charge has to be paid in full at check-out.
