Boutique art hotel in a late-19th-century townhouse on Corso Rosmini, Rovereto, open since 1889 and run by the Zani family since 1961. Forty rooms, each with a bespoke artwork by Susanna Briata, renovated in 2023 to a design by architect Alessandro Cestele (PerDormire mattresses, Internorm soundproof windows, Gessi fittings). Ristorante 900 on site, 150 m from the station.
