The units on the first floor has no mezzanine, and rooms are overlooking the inner yard. The room has got either a double bed or twin beds, and a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed for one adult or a maximum of 2 children under the age of 12. The units on the ground floor have a mezzanine, with the sleeping area located above the bathroom, on different level from the sitting area, and rooms are overlooking to the street side.
