The Loft Studio Apartment with Balcony and Views The Loft Studio is the top floor apartment and enjoys expansive views towards the harbor, water, and North Shore mountains with a Juliette balcony to take advantage of the scenery. The suite is self-contained and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The Loft features a lovely antique gas fireplace, queen size bed, air conditioning, large flat screen TV, WIFI and cozy couch which looks out over the views. The Loft’s bathroom has heated tile floors, a claw foot tub and a walk-in shower. Shared seating on the front porch and front garden is also available for guest use. It should be noted that this studio is located on the third level of the house. There are three levels of stairs to reach this suite, including the front stairs into the house.
