A fully equipped and furnished apartment hotel catering to short and long term stays for vacations, business, events, etc. A 28-unit historic building built in 1923 by William Vurpillat, carefully restored, right on The Strand in Hermosa Beach, three short blocks south of Pier Plaza, with true beachfront access and teak bistro tables out front. Original deep bathtubs, trim work, slip shade light fixtures, picture crown molding, oak hardwood and 1923 terrazzo.
