Superior Apartment

This air-conditioned apartment comes with an equipped kitchenette, a TV and a private bathroom. Linen change, on request, at an additional cost, subject to availability. Apartment with private outdoor area on the ground floor or balcony on the second floor, without lift, behind the building. The assignment of the floor of the apartment is only at the discretion of the reception. Special requests (eg mobility difficulties) are subject to availability. The apartment will be prepared (towels/sheets and sofa/s opening) for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Even if there are two sofas, if the presence of a fifth or sixth person is not indicated, the apartment will be arranged for the number of people indicated (e.g. 4 people indicated = set for 4 people, 1 double bed, 1 open sofa bed ). It is not possible to book up to 4 people and then show up with 6 people, since during the booking phase the cost is different depending on the number of people indicated. Ground, first, or second floor apartment. There is no elevator.
