This 2nd-floor suite consists of a bedroom and separate living room. It has its own entrance, a kitchen area, a separate toilet, an open bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The loggia (covered balcony) offers a beautiful view of the Alps and Lake Constance. Please note that the bathroom comes with an open shower without a door. The apartment sleeps up to 5 guests in a double bed and 3 futons beds. Please note the futon beds are on a mezzanine level accessed by a ladder, and may not be suitable for small children or the elderly. Also featuring soundproofing, solid wooden oak flooring, natural slate in the bathrooms, real oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, WiFi access and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes etc.
